The approach
I prepare homes for sale by thoughtfully styling your home with what you already own. I’ll create a space that feels fresh, inviting and beautifully presented, with affordable additions recommended only where they’ll make a meaningful difference.
It starts with an edit, because a home with less in it photographs better and feels bigger at an open home. Then I arrange, layer and finish each room so a buyer can picture their own life in it.

The Pre-Sale Edit
Clearing the surfaces, cupboards and corners that make a home feel smaller than it is. Less to show, more space to see.
Room-by-Room Styling
Furniture placement, layering and finishing touches using your own pieces, so every room reads clearly in photos and in person.
Considered Additions
Where a piece would genuinely lift a room, I’ll recommend affordable options in keeping with your home. Never a truckload of hire furniture for its own sake.
Moving On
If you’re selling, you’re moving. The pre-move edit means you pack only what you love and need, and arrive with a fresh start.

Edit
I visit your home and make a plan for how best to present your property. I can take inventory of what we can use and what we may need.
Organise
I organise every aspect of the styling process, including soft furnishings and artwork that can complement your home.
Live Beautifully
On install day I style your home and ensure every detail is taken care of so that you don’t have to, including long-lasting floral arrangements for home opens.

My approach is to style with what you already own first. Where a piece would make a meaningful difference I’ll recommend affordable additions in keeping with your home. If you already have a hire arrangement through your agent, I can work alongside it.
As soon as you can, let me know if you have a tight time frame, I will try to accommodate. Ideally this happens when you plan a date with your agent to get listed, so the edit and styling are ready for your photos. Get in touch as soon as you have a rough timeline and we’ll plan backwards from it.
Yes, and that’s the usual situation. The systems I set up are ones you can keep going between inspections, so the house stays presentable without a daily scramble.
